Why a site about the form

Search for the Vanuatu citizenship form and you are offered brochures. What is missing is the mundane, decisive material: what the pack contains, which part you complete and which the agent does, which certificate must agree with which, and what happens when they do not.

That material is tedious to compile, which is why so little of it is published. It is also the part that determines whether a submission survives its first review.

The two things worth knowing first

There is no downloadable form that completes an application. There is a pack — form, declarations and a body of supporting evidence far larger than both — and the evidence is what gets examined. Files rarely fail because a box was filled in badly; they fail because what stood behind the box did not hold.

And you do not lodge it. Designated agents do, carrying the compliance duty for what they submit. Your work is supplying accurate information and documents that corroborate one another, which is why so much of this site concerns consistency between papers rather than the form itself.

Where the numbers come from

From the programme's fee structure, not from other websites. A single applicant contributes one hundred and thirty thousand US dollars, rising in set steps for a spouse and for each child, with twenty-five thousand for every additional dependant. Separately, and before any examination starts, five thousand dollars is due for due diligence and is never refunded.

Regulation fixes those figures, so they are identical whoever files for you. That makes them diagnostic: where a quote differs on a government amount, it is an agent fee wearing a disguise.

On the passport's reach

Eighty-eight destinations. Far larger totals circulate and they belong to the period before 2023, when European and British visa arrangements were withdrawn months apart. Pages still listing European capitals are repeating something that ceased to be true two years ago.

What is not claimed

That an application will be approved — the Citizenship Commission alone decides. That it will finish by a date — no service standard is published. And no official character whatsoever: every authority named here is named to explain its role in a process this site merely describes.

Asking something

The form is for that. The questions worth raising first are the awkward ones — a conviction assumed too old to matter, a transfer that would be hard to document, a refusal elsewhere. Each is usually manageable before lodging and much less so after.
